Cancellation
Cancellations can only be accepted up to and including the day before shipment when an admin fee will be charged at 20% of the retail price for restocking, in this instance Postage & Packing will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds
Refunds will not normally be given due to health and hygiene reasons, the only time a refund will be considered is if the product/s is returned unopened in its original sealed posting bag that the product/s was delivered in. Refunds will be subject to the normal cancellation fee as described in our Cancellation policy above and under no circumstances will Postage & Packing be refunded. The cost of returning the product to us will be at your expense. Credits will be made to the original credit card used to pay for the product and you should allow at least 7 working days for the credit to show on your account. We reserve the right to substitute a credit with a company cheque which will be posted to the billing address provided with your order. Any queries arising from credits not received within the allocated time should be addressed to enquiries@pinkanblue.com or by calling the number appropriate to you that is shown on this website.
Returns
In the unlikely event that a product is deemed faulty we would expect the faulty product to be returned to us along with a written explanation of the fault so that we can assess the product. If after assessment it is confirmed that the item is faulty it will be replaced FREE of charge.
Despatch
Despatch of your order will normally be within 5 business days of submitting your order, in the event that you do not receive it within 28 days please check the status of your order by visiting our website at www.pinkanblue.com or by sending an email to orderstatus@pinkanblue.com or by calling the number appropriate to you that is shown on this website.
